It is what it is…

I sit here listening to my regular playlist and Proud by Heather Small comes on and it autotmatically makes me think of the Biggest Loser, after watching a recent “preview” of the next season I was nearly in tears. There is a young woman on this falls season who weighs 476 lbs. I cannot believe that I’m smaller then many of the contestants this year… something that I thought would NEVER happen, I actually considered auditioning for the show, but because of joint problems I had a feeling they wouldn’t accept me. Ron was a huge inspiration for me last year, even though he failed his bypass… you notice that I say he failed his bypass and not that the bypass failed him. If you do what you’re told and follow the instructions weight loss surgery won’t fail… it’s not a possibility.
I have to say that I have to take a deep breath and sigh that I will get there on my own, and as much as I would still love to have the oppurtunity to be on the show, I don’t need to be.
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
Take today into your hands and change things to make you the healthiest you that you can be! You can do it, if no one else has faith in you know that I am right here and always will be to support anyone who needs it.

Breakfast: None
Lunch: 3 Taco Bell - Middles - No Shells (180), Schwan’s Rainbow Stick (70), 1 ounce cheese (110)
Dinner: 1 Cup Salad (19) - .5 oz Cheese (55)- 2 Tbsp FF Italian Dressing (25)
Total: 459 Calories
Scale stayed the same today :?( But it is what it is… pick up and move on to the next day.
