No Day But Today…

I stepped on the scale this morning to have it read 388 lbs… this is really a incredible feeling, I’m out of the 390’s and on my way out of the 380’s. Taking one day at a time is all that we can do.
Breakfast: None
Lunch: None
Dinner: 4 oz lean ground beef, 2 cups lettuce, 3 TBSP FF Italian Dressing, 1 ice cream bar, cheese, orange juice, cranberry juice.
Sorry I didn’t count calories all day, that’s just what I ate. That’s all for today!
