Well I ate well below my bottom line today. I feel pretty good now that the period is finally coming to an end…yes, menstrual cycle happening right here right now peopel. anyway, today i balanced fatty protein with lean protein and added in a yummy treat as a snack. I want to keep the calories low but still maintain my love of food. Ciao bellas!
