Slept Through Breakfast. Lunch: applesauce (100), Cottage Cheese(120), 1 oz. cheese(50), 17 pepperoni(70) Total: 340 Protein: 27 grams. w00t
Dinner: Lean Lunchmeat (90), 3 oz. Cheese (170), 17 pepperoni(70), 7 Triscuits(120), 2 Tbsp FF Ranch(60) Total: 510
Drinks: 1 Cup Tea (48), 1/2 cup grapefruit juice (65), 1 Cup OJ (110) Today’s Total Calories: 1043 Protein: 80 grams.
