I feel really good about actually really truly logging my food intake. Every little bite counts and I’m so seeing that, by adding everything up. By taking the time to add things up, you truly do see where all your calories are going, and for my weight, under 1000 with dinner to spare is excellent. I am supposed to be eating under 1900 cals per day to lose weight, according to God—er, I mean Jason—and I’m going to try to lose weight daily. It’s going to be a project of mine that I’m not giving up on. Thank goodness I met Steve and really truly got to know him. He’s an excellent motivator and a good friend.
As far as the weight goes, I weighed myself today and lost five lbs. via sweaty exercise/lifting heavy things/cleaning/natural body functions…it was pretty nice to see considering it’s my time of the month and I HAD gained something like 6 lbs. Now I’ve lost 5 so I’m getting there. Going to really blog hard and try this time around!!! xo
