breakfast: 3 pieces of french toast, syrup and 2 sausage links.
lunch: 6-inch chicken breast subway sub
dinner: undecided. it’s too late i think to eat, so i’m going to skip dinner methinks.
all in all, i feel somewhat ok about what i ate. i mean, it’s not the healthiest of eats, but it’s food that was available. yesterday i forgot to blog but i ate TONS and LOADS of pasta salad, had a fiber sandwich with chicken salad, trail mix, sodas….ugh, when my friends are over we eat…and we also had ice cream sundaes with sprinkles…i didn’t NOT post yesterday because of embarrassment from all the goodies—-i have no problem admitting these things——it was simply that i forgot to.
