Enough of the bullshit…

Ok…

So anyone who knows me I tend to sugar coat things, but enough is enough.

Let’s talk about how bad I screwed up.

Last night was a huge binge…

Last night I ate in the span of two hours:

cheetos, pretzels, buddig lunch meat, sugar free peppermint patty, and 3 chocolate chip cookies. Why did I do this I have NO idea!

Followed by this binge I got on the scale this morning and I’ve gained SEVEN pounds! SEVEN! I’m disgusted with myself and my behavior.

It’s time to seriously commit to going back to basics. Avoiding carbohydrates, small amount of calories, small portions, three meals a day and NO SNACKING!

Today’s Food - Thursday 7-16-2009:

Breakfast: 2 Eggs (70), 4 Slices Bacon (200) (What? Why did you eat so much, you fat pig!)

Lunch: None

Dinner: 3 Slices Cheese (210), 25 Pepperoni’s (105)

Total: (585) This is disgusting!

I hate the relationship I have with food. I hate that I can’t say no to others when they offer food to me. I HATE FOOD!

I’ve had enough dieting, I’ve had enough of making everyone change their lives so that I can eat healthy, I’ve had enough of all of it.

It’s time for me to be me and do what I have to do to get to goal, there is no time like the present to change the future.

I’ll be back tomorrow with a healthy food blog and hopefully a smaller number on the scale.
