Failed At The Three Day Diet…

I was starting on the three day diet today and it all went to crap…

Monday July 13th, 2009:

Breakfast: None - Slept Through

Lunch:   5 Crackers (60)

            1 Tbsp PB  (90)

Dinner:   McDonald’s Double Cheeseburger Patty (290)

Total:    440 Calories

I was not at all happy about my food choices today. I’m giving up on the three day diet and going to a high protein low carb diet instead. I know it may seem as if I do alot of fad diets, and indeed I do, but I have to be on a plan or I don’t lose weight.
